Ideal Life Exercise!

In our private Facebook Group, we are going to be doing the Ideal Life Exercise together in a (hopefully) somewhat methodical way.

My sister Poppy is out there slaving away on an amazing planner that would make this super-duper (or as my youngest scalawag says, “üper üper”) fun and inspiring. And me, I’m fantasizing about an app. We have big dreams. Big dreams. More to come on that!

It’s a 7-page PDF. Why 7 pages? Well, we are going to try to do 2 cycles together…so that is 2 times 3 weeks. But since we’re starting on a Tuesday, voilà

I am passionate about contentment. This is a challenge, because I am equally passionate about progress. We have lived in France since 2007. We stayed young and carefree until life threw us two curveballs in the form of little humans one after another in 2015 and 2017 respectively.
